A Proven Outdoor Practice

Led by Outdoor Yoga SF instructors, these classes build on a format that’s become a Bay Area favorite: thoughtful sequencing, accessible pacing, and a focus on being present in the environment around you.

A wide aerial view of a waterfront park along a bay, with a landscaped green space, walking paths, and a bike lane running beside a road lined with palm trees. In the distance, a long suspension bridge spans the water toward a city skyline with modern high-rise buildings under a clear blue sky.

All Levels Welcome

Whether you’re new to yoga or part of a regular practice, the class is designed to meet you where you are.

Make a Morning of It

After class, stay and explore. Walk the waterfront paths, grab coffee or brunch, or spend time taking in the views from across the Island.

Getting Here

Depart from the San Francisco Ferry Building and arrive on Treasure Island in just eight minutes. It’s a quick crossing, and a clear shift in pace the moment you step off the boat.

Parking is also available, but limited, on the Island.
